General Guidelines

- Papers not chosen for Prize Paper Category, podium presentation will be included under the ‘Free Paper’ category (Podium Presentation).

Time limit for free papers.
 Delegates: 6 Minutes.
 PG Paper: 6 Minutes.
 2 minutes of discussion will follow after each Presentation.

Guidelines for Prize Paper Submission (Delegate & Fellows / Resident / PGs)

General Guidelines

- Papers not chosen for Prize Paper Category, podium presentation will be included under the ‘Free Paper’ category (Podium Presentation).


Full text should adhere to the following guidelines

 Manuscript should be in blinded format.
 Do not mention the name or place of institution / Hospital where the work has been conducted.
 Do not mention the name of the author(s) anywhere in the manuscript.
 Please include the headings (Title of the paper, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion) in your submission.
 If these headings are unsuitable for your submission, you are invited to amend these as necessary.
 References. (Not more than 20)
 Figures (not more than 4):
 Tables: (not more than 4):
 Graphs :(not more than 4):
 Maximum file size of each graph/image is 1MB.
 Word limit – Not exceeding 2500 words.
 Headings, references do not count towards the total word count.

Last date for submission of full text – to be announced, Intimation from the Scientific Committee will be sent for podium presentation under Prize Category.

Your paper will be considered as free paper under the following circumstances:
 If not shortlisted by judges under Prize Category, your paper will be in free paper category presentation.
 If we do not receive the details of your paper as per the requirements mentioned in the above said FORMAT

You will be intimated regarding date and time of your presentation in due course.

Guidelines for E - Poster Presentation (Delegate & Fellows / Resident / PGs)

Themes For Presentation

The Conference is seeking abstracts / full texts relevant to the following themes
 Nutrition and supportive care.
 Pre surgical orthopaedics.
 Cleft orthodontics.
 Cleft speech assessment.
 Cleft speech intervention.
 Cleft surgery.
 Craniofacial surgery.
 Cleft Orthognathic Surgery.
 Virtual planning and 3D printing in cleft and craniofacial surgery.
 Research / New Technologies.

Presentation Guidelines


 E-Posters should be Uploaded as Image (JPG/PDF) (landscape) on the conference website using the link.
 Only presenting authors will be awarded E-Poster presentation certificates.
 All E-Posters will be displayed at various designated areas during the conference.
 Best 6 posters will be selected for a final presentation and judged for the best 3.

- PPT with single slide landscape.
- Only presenting author of E-Poster will get a certificate.
